Arsenal not my threat- David Moyes with evidence
Its going to be another transcending day in England as supporter's of various clubs, will be flaunting roundabout to display their love cheering club.
The clash between two giant English League football Club; Arsenal and Manchester United will evaporate large cords of crowds as they clash in their thigh
According to manchester unites site - five things will be consider in today's meeting of both clubs.
Five Things To Look For
United travel to North London for Wednesday’s meeting
with Arsenal in the Barclays Premier League.
Points to prove Both teams will be eager to put
disappointing weekend results behind them. The Reds
were left frustrated by an injury-time equaliser in the 2-2
draw with Fulham, while Arsenal were taken apart by
Liverpool, going 4-0 down within 20 minutes and
eventually losing 5-1. Like his counterpart Arsene Wenger,
David Moyes will recognise the importance of moving on
as quickly as possible and will be hoping for a strong
performance.
Van-tastic Robin van Persie seems to relish playing in
this fixture. He has scored in each of the last five
meetings between the two sides, with two for the Gunners
and three for United. The Dutchman is also in fine form at
present, having found the net three times in as many
matches and notching seven in his previous nine in the
league. Will he be on target again at the Emirates?
Mata-class Like van Persie, +JuanMata has been prolific
against Arsenal recently, with four goals in five
appearances during his Chelsea days. His last strike for
the Blues was against Wednesday’s opponents in the
Capital One Cup back in October, and he will be eager to
get off the mark for his new side to add to the three
assists he has already chipped in with so far.
Head-to-head The Gunners may be higher in the table at
present, but history is not on their side.
United have lost only once in the last 13 meetings between the two teams and won 1-0 earlier in the current campaign thanks to a header from van Persie. Moyes is also unbeaten in his previous three games against Arsenal, having drawn home and away against Wenger’s men while in charge of Everton last season. Hosts on the edge? In recent seasons, Arsenal have
developed an unwanted habit of struggling around this time of year when challenging for honours. They were brushed aside by Liverpool and last month also dropped points at Southampton, and Wenger will be wary of the prospect of another ‘collapse’ playing on the minds of his squad. It could be a nervy evening for the home crowd and United will be out to take full advantage.
What do you think the score will be against Arsenal?
